We are currently looking for a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover North and East London on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing Contractor Clients!

THE ROLE:
Salary & Working Area
- Salary: £40-42K basic
- Enhanced rates for ECO & OOH
- OTE £45k- 50K
- Area of work: North and East London (E17, N16, E9, N22, E1 postcodes)
Package Overview:
- Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.
- To meet the requirement and expectations of the Client or his/her representative in accordance with the Clients detailed specification, in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation.
- 45 hours per week
- Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks
- To take part in ‘out-of-hours’ emergency call out on a rota basis - Schedule : Monday - Friday
- Buy and sell holiday

- 29 Days holiday including bank holidays (Increasing by 1 for every 2 years of employment)
- Van and fuel card provided
- Analyser, uniform, phone and PPE all provided
- Ongoing training & room for progression
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years qualified in Gas
- Previous Social Housing experience
- Full relevant ACS - including CKR1 and HTR1
- Availability Monday - Friday
- Clean DBS
- Clean Driving License (preferred)
