We have an opportunity for an experienced Freelance Site Manager / Construction Manager to deliver a £1.5m Cat B fit-out in the centre of Brighton.
The project involves the fit-out of an existing building for an incoming tenant, so experience working on live/commercial environments and managing fast-paced programmes will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
- Driving programme and ensuring deadlines are hit
- Managing H&S and site compliance
- Liaising with client, consultants, and project team
- Overseeing quality and delivery to a high standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CAT B fit-out projects
- Strong subcontractor management
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
